Since it was founded, the Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI) has developed into a successful, internationally recognized research center for science and engineering. The latest success in the extensive range of educational facilities on offer at the PSI is the iLab, a laboratory for school children which is sponsored by Axpo and where the next generation of researchers get to experience science at close quarters. The school kids conduct experiments under the guidance of the expert staff, giving them an informal insight into a fascinating world, with exciting results and correlations.
