Graduate-training scheme

Axpo offers skilled graduates from polytechnics and universities an opportunity to join the company as trainees.

Our structured graduate-training scheme will bring you into contact with all aspects of energy management. You will spend 18 months gaining practical experience to help you pave the way towards your professional future. It involves placements in at least three areas of our service chain, including project work and workshops.

Your profile

  • Undergraduates and graduates from technical and scientific polytechnics and universities
  • Above-average skills and performance at university (such as examination results, term papers, short length of study, possibly time spent studying abroad)
  • Ideally having completed a degree in engineering, business management, business informatics, physics, mathematics
  • Confident and prepared to assume responsibility
  • Good communication and social skills
  • Very enthusiastic and open to new ideas

Scheme structure

Individually tailored development scheme for trainees (max.18 months) with alternating practical placements in various areas of the business and accompanying support programs.
