Betriebsunterbruch beim Pumpspeicherwerk Tierfehd

Am Motor-Generator des Pumpspeicherwerks Tierfehd ist gestern Donnerstag ein grösserer Schaden entstanden. Experten klären derzeit die Ursachen ab. Der Betrieb des Pumpspeicherwerks ist bis auf weiteres unterbrochen.

Am Donnerstag trat während eines Abstellvorgangs ein grösserer Defekt am Motor-Generator des Pumpspeicherwerks Tierfehd auf. Alle mechanischen und elektrischen Sicherheits- und Schutzeinrichtungen der Pumpturbine und deren Hilfsbetriebe haben einwandfrei funktioniert; die Maschine wurde in den sicheren Stillstand versetzt.

Den genauen Hergang, die Ursache und den Umfang des Schadens klären derzeit die Experten vor Ort ab. Es muss jedoch von einem Betriebsunterbruch von mehreren Monaten ausgegangen werden.

Das Pumpspeicherwerk Tierfehd ging Mitte Mai nach dreieinhalb Jahren Bauzeit in Betrieb.
