Andreas Frank and Ernst Stocker join the Axpo Board of Directors
The annual general meeting of shareholders of Axpo Holding AG held on 12 March 2010 elected Andreas Frank and Ernst Stocker as new members of the Board of Directors. They will replace Hans-Peter Härtsch and Rita Fuhrer. The annual general meeting also approved the payment of a dividend of CHF 3.75 (previous year: CHF 4.30) per share, totalling CHF 139 million.
The ninth ordinary annual general meeting of shareholders of Axpo Holding AG was held in the Widder Hotel in Zurich today. The meeting approved the annual report and the financial statements for the 2008/09 financial year. In accordance with the proposal by the Board of Directors, the meeting approved the payment of a lower dividend than the previous year of CHF 3.75 (previous year CHF 4.30) per registered share. Andreas Frank and Ernst Stocker were elected as new members of the Board of Directors. Andreas Frank is the CEO of Greiner Packaging AG, Diepoldsau. He will replace Hans-Peter Härtsch, who had resigned with effect from the date of the general meeting. Ernst Stocker is a designated member of the government council of the canton of Zurich. He replaces Rita Fuhrer, who will step down with effect from 30 April 2010. KPMG AG, Zurich has been elected to serve as auditors for another year.

Beyeler, Rütihof; Jakob Brunnschweiler, Teufen; Dr Reto Dubach, Schaffhausen; Andreas Frank, Balgach (with immediate effect); Pankraz Freitag, Haslen; Ernst Frey, Kaiseraugst; Rudolf Hug, Oberrohrdorf; Markus Kägi, Niederglatt; Peter Reinhard, Kloten; Ernst Stocker, Wädenswil (with effect from 1 May 2010); Dr Hansjakob Zellweger, Weinfelden.
The next annual general meeting will take place on Friday, 11 March 2011 in Zurich.
