Customer Service Desk
The Customer Service Desk (customer hotline) is the point of contact for the customer. The team accepts your queries and fault reports and ensures that a quick and qualified solution to the problem (1st level support) is activated. About 240 calls are received from customers every day. The processing of faults, orders and queries within Axpo Informatik AG is coordinated here (2nd level support), and steps are taken to ensure a high quality response to the fault.
