The Customer Support Service ensures that the user receives competent support and assistance (on-site support and 2nd level support). It sees to it that modern clients and peripherals function properly, maintains the standard software in the area of office automation guarantees that the operation of all special applications runs smoothly. In addition, the team provides support in various ICT projects and coordinates troubleshooting with all the teams involved (2nd level support). Customer Support includes support teams at various locations, such as Aarau, Beznau, Dietikon, Zurich, Oerlikon, Schaffhausen, Genoa and Milan.
