Refuna, the regional district heating supplier for the Lower Aare Valley, supplies heating from the Beznau nuclear power plant to around 15,000 residents of the region. Refuna makes an important contribution to a clean environment in this region.
Refuna supplies heating to 11 towns
Thanks to Refuna, consumption of some 12,000 tonnes of heating oil is avoided in the region every year.

Elf Jahre lang hat das Energieunternehmen Axpo die höchste Schweizer Fussballliga unterstützt, davon neun Jahre als Titelsponsor der Axpo Super League.
Der Block 1 des Kernkraftwerks Beznau (KKB) wird am Freitag, 18. Mai 2012, planmässig für rund sieben Wochen zur Revision mit Brennelementwechsel abgestellt.
