Axpo has a 10-level pay structure. All positions are assigned to aparticular wage level on the basis of an analytical assessment of theposition. The basic wage forms the core element of the pay structureand the main component of the salary. The individual salary developmentwithin the wage level is dependent on your personal performance.

In addition to the basic wage, you will also receive a performance-related component which is based on the company's success.

Axpoemployees can also enjoy other fringe benefits. For example, you willbe entitled to receive a half-price rail subscription, favorable petrolprices and tickets for various leisure activities at preferential rates.

Axpo Group profits are down substantially for the 2010/11 financial year (as per 30.9.2011). Operating profit (EBIT) of CHF 139 million and consolidated net profit of CHF 45 million were significantly below the figures for the previous year of CHF 538 million and CHF 409 million respectively.
