Just eight days away: E-World in Essen, Germany is about to start. Read about why Axpo has been present with a stand at this exhibitions for years and what you should know about the largest energy fair in Europe.
Who is who in the energy business will meet again this year at E-world in Essen. Companies from over 70 countries exhibit at the fair and offer visitors the ideal platform to share the latest market developments. At the conference held in parallel to the exhibition, experts from politics, business and science will discuss the latest topics concerning the industry. This year these include intelligent networking, decarbonisation, as well as market developments and their impacts on portfolio management.
For years the fair has been an important place to get into dialogue with customers. Deals are made, contract signed and agreements renewed at E-world. Nearly 100 Axpo representatives will travel to the Ruhr region, the majority originators from over 20 European subsidiaries. The focus of discussions and deals at E-world will revolve around business with renewable energies. More than in others years, green PPAs, purchase agreements for green electricity at a fixed price and for a defined period, will be on the agenda.
