At the same time the Holding AG provides important services to the Group, in particular in the areas of finance & controlling, corporate insurance, corporate development, IT management, risk management, taxes, legal services, human resources and corporate communications.

The Holding was established as a public limited company in 2001. Its registered office is in Baden in the Canton of Aargau. Axpo Holding AG and its subsidiaries form the Axpo Group.
