How do you request assistance online?

1. Sign in to your personal area on MyAxpo and go to the "Assistance" section

2. Choose from the topics listed and select "request for assistance"

3. Fill out the form and follow the instructions written on the side bar. In some cases you will need to download the form, fill it out and upload it back onto the site

4. Send your request. In the "Enquiries History" section you can check the status
