Our recruitment process

You can apply directly for one of our open vacancies with your CV, qualifications and work references. You can add a cover letter, but it’s not essential. Couldn’t find a suitable position? Then sign up for job alerts. Please note that we can only accept applications for specific positions. 

We will review your documents and get back to you as soon as possible. Our emails could end up in your spam folder, so please check it regularly.  

For certain positions, we may conduct a video interview prior to the in-person interview. This helps us to form a first impression of you as early as possible. 

We use our personal interview to get a better idea of your motivation, expertise, professional experience and expectations. In the second interview, you will get to know other people in the team. You may also be asked to solve a case study, answer specific specialist questions, undergo an assessment or conduct a personality analysis. 

For certain positions, we require additional clarification, in which case we will check your references or run a background check on you. 

Congratulations! You’ve convinced us that you’re the right person for the job. We will be in contact by phone to offer you the job (and provide the basic salary, bonus, and details on pensions and other benefits).  

On your first day, you will have a tour which will bring you up to speed with your new place of work. You will get to know the different departments and set up your workstation. In our onboarding programme, you will learn all the important facts about electricity production and distribution, trading and sales, and get to visit a power plant.
