The service allows the detection of hardware, application and configuration errors and anomalies in the monitored systems, as well as the management of hardware performance and the diagnosis and analysis of application response times to support rapid fault isolation, e.g. in the event of performance problems.
Different implementation variants are offered
In the Managed Service variant, monitoring is provided as a service by our specialists in the Network Operation Center (NOC) of Axpo Systems. Our NOC employees monitor the customer networks in 24/7 operation and initiate the necessary measures in the event of faults (in accordance with SLA).
