10.12.20 - The Board of Directors of Axpo Holding AG will propose to the General Meeting on 15 January 2021 that Dr Jakob Stark be elected as a Board member. The 62-year-old from Thurgau would replace Roland Eberle, who is stepping down.
After about eight years, Roland Eberle is withdrawing from his roles as a member and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Axpo Holding AG. During his time on the Board, Eberle was a member of the Audit and Finance Committee and in 2016, he became Chairman of the Strategy Committee. Jakob Stark is set to succeed him on the Board. Stark has served as a member of the Council of States for the canton of Thurgau since 2019. Prior to this, he served as a Councillor in the Thurgau cantonal government for 14 years.

The Board of Directors of Axpo Holding AG will propose the election of Jakob Stark to the General Meeting on 15 January 2021. This was based on a proposal from the Thurgau cantonal government, which submitted a dual nomination to the Board of Directors. The General Meeting is also set to confirm the other members of the Board of Directors in office.
