Axpo Turkey provides tailored electricity, natural gas, and renewable energy supply solutions for industrial and commercial clients with high energy consumption. We develop made-to-order products with flexible pricing, customized profiles, and special credit terms. By combining international trade and risk management expertise with local market knowledge, we help reduce costs and positively impact customer balance sheets. Renewable PPAs

Axpo starts work on 100th wind farm

The construction of Axpo’s one hundredth wind farm, located in northwestern Germany’s Lower Saxony region, began today. On completion, the milestone project will generate enough sustainable electricity to meet the annual needs of around 12,000 four-person households.

Roland Leuenberger nominated Chairman of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Axpo Holding AG has nominated Roland Leuenberger as its new Chairman for confirmation by shareholders at the company’s General Meeting. The 57-year-old Swiss national with roots in Aargau, currently serves as CEO of Repower AG. He will step down from this position before assuming his new role on 1 June 2026.

Axpo powers up its first wind farm in Finland

Just 11 months after construction began, Axpo’s first onshore wind farm in Finland has commenced operations. The 24.8 MW Lålax facility is located in the municipality of Vörå, in the country’s western Ostrobothnia region. Its development marks a significant milestone for Axpo, further demonstrating the company’s growth ambitions in the renewable energy sector.
