Traineeship
Each year, six university graduates from different fields of study are given the opportunity to participate in our tailored trainee programme. The traineeship gives you interesting insights into the energy industry. Gain valuable work experience through challenging project tasks and active participation in daily business. During 18 months you will prepare yourself for your professional future in a practice-oriented way.

What you have to offer?
- Degree at Master's level FH/Uni/ETH with above-average academic achievements (in particular in the following fields of study: Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics)
- Curiosity and interest in a challenging environment and the changing energy industry
- Initial professional experience as an intern or working student, ideally in the energy sector
- Analytical and networked thinking
- Strong communication skills as well as a confident and proactive manner
- Strong performance motivation and innovative strength, high willingness to take responsibility and initiative
Application process
The trainee programmes are advertised in March and October. Interviews are conducted in April/May and November/December. In a further step, suitable candidates are invited to a Selection Day (date will be announced during the recruitment process).

Start of the Trainee Programme
The trainee programme begins in October or April. At the beginning of the programme you will receive an individual and a general introductory programme tailored to the trainees.
