Further development of Avectris
28.10.2020 - Axpo, EKZ and AEW are currently examining various strategic options for the successful development of their IT subsidiary Avectris. These options include a possible sale. No decisions have yet been made.
Avectris is an IT service provider for Swiss medium-sized companies and is primarily active in the service provider, financial management, healthcare, industry, law, public sector and utilities sectors. The focus is on hybrid cloud solutions, outsourcing, comprehensive digitization solutions, SAP S/4HANA, dedicated industry solutions and consulting services with a focus on IT training, IT infrastructure, IT security and business continuity. The company, with sites in Baden, Dübendorf, Wallisellen and Wangen bei Dübendorf, employs around 480 people.
