Defer your bills for three months
How does it work?
During the first three months’ supply, the customer will be exempt from making the corresponding payment. The payment of the total amount of the three bills will be phased over the following 12 months after the date of issue of these first three bills.
After the third bill has been issued, the customer will be contacted by Axpo to inform them of which deferred amounts to pay and the payment day. New bills issued will have to be paid normally in accordance with the energy supplier¡s contract conditions on the day the bill is due.
