Felix Graf to leave the Axpo Group
29.11.2017 - Felix Graf (50), Axpo Executive Board member and the CEO of the Axpo subsidiary CKW, will step down from his position on 31 May 2018. He has been appointed as the new CEO of the NZZ Media Group.
As the CEO of CKW, Felix Graf was a member of the Axpo Executive Board for four years. Andrew Walo, CEO of Axpo Holding AG and Chairman of the CKW Board of Directors, deeply regrets Felix Graf's decision: "We are losing a remarkable individual with the departure of Felix Graf. Together with his team he successfully, consistently aligned the CKW Group to customer needs and laid decisive foundations for the future. The Board of Directors will start the succession process immediately."
Felix Graf made the decision to leave the Axpo Group with mixed feelings. "The time is never right, and I still wanted to achieve a great deal with the CKW team. However, the offer from NZZ came at an exciting time in my career. In this function I can optimally contribute the knowledge I have acquired from the technology sector, the media environment, and my experience in an industry undergoing fundamental change."
