How does it work?
1. Analysis and optimisation design
We assess the unit’s operating profile, technical parameters, and CSS potential.
2. Preparation and qualification
We conduct the certification process for balancing services and deliver the LFC module together with the required system integrations.
3. Integration and testing
We connect control systems to the system operator’s central platform and test operational readiness.
4. Operations and settlement
We submit balancing capacity bids, coordinate activity on the energy markets, and ensure transparent settlement.
Following the acquisition of the Nowa Sarzyna CCGT plant, we implemented a revenue optimisation model for power generation with a strong focus on maximising CSS
At the same time, we initiated the process of qualifying the unit to provide balancing services, enabling its full flexibility to support the Krajowy System Energetyczny (National Power System). The same model is offered to other CHP plants across Poland.
