A former entrepreneur, he has held executive positions at the interface between the energy and financial sectors, including in an advisory capacity. Leuenberger’s professional expertise includes the financial management of large, internationally active organisations in the financial sector. A business economist, he brings proven leadership skills, knowhow, strategic foresight and political acumen, making him excellently suited to lead Axpo's Board of Directors.
