Axpo Italia's Organizational Model is a set of operating and behavioural rules governing the Company's business as well as other standards that the Company has adopted in order to prevent all types of offences contemplated by the Decree.

The code defines and shows values and ethical principles that Axpo Italia’s business partners and employees have to follow.

Our business principles

Our corporate principles are an integral part of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Axpo Group and represent a fundamental commitment in terms of ethics, legality and integrity. These basic rules must be observed by all employees of the Axpo Group as part of their daily business and by our business partners.

SpeakUp

The 'SpeakUp' incident reporting channel offers employees and persons outside the Axpo Group the opportunity to report compliance violations or related issues (also anonymously).

Through this channel, whistleblowing reports are also handled, under Legislative Decree 24/2023, as set out below.

We are aware that misconduct can sometimes occur in the workplace, especially in large organisations. If you have any doubts or suspicions, or if you are aware of an actual breach, please let us know. This will enable us to take the necessary steps to ensure compliance with the law, integrity and ethics.

Speakup is a platform operated by an independent service provider and consists of a 24/7 telephone and online service for reporting suspected or actual incidents (including anonymously).

Whistleblowing reports pursuant to legislative decree 24/2023

The Company has established an internal reporting channel in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023 (implementing Directive (EU) 1937/2019), identified in the SpeakUp platform.

Reports (both written and oral) may be made through this platform, which guarantees the confidentiality of the person reporting and the content of the report, at this link: https://axpogroup.speakup.report/Axpo.
