Once again, Axpo has achieved top marks in the prestigious Energy Risk Commodity Rankings 2026. Votes from customers and market players placed Axpo second in the overall gas dealer category and third in the energy dealer category.

Among the overall (global) categories, further top marks were secured for ‘power’ and ‘commodities’. In the country categories for power trading Axpo was rated one of the top dealers in several European markets, including the UK, Belgium, South Eastern Europe, Germany, Netherlands and Central Eastern Europe.

Together, the results once again confirm Axpo’s position as a leading global power trader.

The Energy Risk Commodity Rankings is the largest poll of its kind in the commodities world and has been running for more than 25 years. Market participants vote for their preferred brokers and dealers across the commodities world, commenting on the quality of the products and services they receive. For the 2026 survey, almost 1,600 participants voted on the overall quality of service they received.

Outstanding team performance in the energy market
