Our business principles

The corporate principles form an integral part of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Axpo Group and represent a fundamental commitment to ethics, legality and integrity. These fundamental rules must be observed by all employees of the Axpo Group in their daily work and by business partners.

SpeakUp - Compliance breach reports

The SpeakUp platform offers employees and persons outside the Axpo Group the possibility of reporting compliance breaches or related issues (including anonymously).

We are aware that misconduct can sometimes occur in the workplace, especially in large organisations. In the event of any doubts, suspicions or knowledge of an actual breach, we encourage everyone to let us know. In this way, the necessary steps can be taken to ensure compliance with the law, integrity and ethics.

SpeakUp is a platform operated by an independent service provider and consists of a 24/7 telephone and online service for reporting suspicious or real incidents (including anonymously).
