Kraftwerke Linth-Limmern AG: extraordinary general meeting
09.09.2019 - At the request of its shareholders, Kraftwerke Linth-Limmern AG is calling an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 30 September 2019. This is due to amendments to the Articles of Association that became necessary after the settlement between the two KLL shareholders.
About KLL: Kraftwerke Linth-Limmern AG (KLL), based in Glarus Süd, is a joint venture of the Canton of Glarus and Axpo Power AG. The Canton of Glarus owns 15 percent of the share capital and Axpo 85 percent.
