Business growth prompts Axpo office move in Vaasa

Axpo is moving into new offices in the Espen shopping centre in Vaasa this December, it was announced today. The decision to relocate was made as expanding employee numbers exceeded the capacity of Axpo’s current accommodation.

In less than a year, the company’ business has really taken off, prompting the need to relocate. Since the inauguration of the old offices back in March this year, Axpo's team has grown to six dedicated employees, with a seventh team member expected shortly.

Axpo recently announced its first wind farm project in Finland, a 25 MW development in the Vörå municipality. A key milestone in the expansion of wind energy in Finland, the project underlines Axpo's commitment to promoting sustainable energy solutions in the region.

The brand new office spans a generous 142 square metres across five rooms, creating an optimal environment for creative collaboration and efficient work processes.

Joakim Ingves, Axpo Managing Director for the wind business in Finland, is delighted with the new facilities: "The move to larger premises is an exciting step for us. It reflects the growth and dynamism of our company. These new offices not only provide space for our current team, but also allow for future growth and the realisation of our wind energy projects."

The new address of Axpo Vaasa's wind team is: Alatori 3 / Vaasanpuistikko 13, 65100 Vaasa, Finland.
