Battery Congress 2026 (Swissolar)

The importance of battery storage for the energy supply is increasing. Battery storage systems support the integration of renewable energies, provide flexibility and open up new opportunities for intelligent energy management. At the same time, regulatory developments, economic conditions and innovative technologies place high demands on the planning and operation of decentralised energy systems.

The 2026 Battery Congress will take place on 20 October 2026 at Trafo Baden. Under the title “Smart energy storage and energy management systems”, the congress will bring together experts from Switzerland’s solar and energy sectors. The focus will be on current challenges, practical applications, innovative technologies and solutions for decentralised energy systems, with a focus on photovoltaics.
