The shareholders of Kraftwerke Linth-Limmern AG (KLL) approved the annual financial statements for the 2020/21 financial year at the General Meeting held in Glarus. Viktor Lir was elected to the Board of Directors as Guy Bühler’s successor.

This puts annual production slightly down on the previous year (1.75 billion kWh). The annual costs borne by the partners fell year-on-year by around 4% to CHF 177.3 million. The General Meeting decided to pay out a dividend of CHF 1.75 million.
